Training of House Helpers

Theory training is conducted through our online platform where student attend live webinars, watch videos, complete activities, and submit assignments.  For practical training, students will receive instructional guides, recipes, and videos of the activities to be completed. All of this is supported by our mentors that support the students where necessary. During the practical’s video and photographic evidence needs to be collected as evidence for the student’s formative assessments.  Students will be required to complete the final examinations at their nearest Campus.

As and when the lockdown levels change, the number of on-campus classes will be adjusted until we reach the point where we can return to a full-time delivery.
